big evolution in organize on money ...and really personel in organize must manage this money...big budget from government policy for support CDD strategic for better life of people and CDD personel also..
and many deepen responsibilities and role on new structure...start to be making high benefit for poverty ...rural zone...more learning in nice knowledge for creative thier wisdom and potential push up for living by themself...budget are only last choise???
grassroot got chance to grab or not grab some loan from village fund???
they can write all projects in village plan by themselves...no dictate from leaders???
dictate is not the right thing on developt human capital...right??
maybe new constructor for more solving village ploblems...this integration function can make leader s done only things that look like mobilizers train them before...affiliator??make things easy for developt all by inside wisdom of grassroot??

maybe not easy for change...but all personel in this big organization are never roll back!!!

the real of our organization is ...when we move up and direct for goal of release powerty and best village life ..although push up this world...sometimes i feel that some invisible power throw our direction into lower???
i try to think that...how aspiration roll up the spiritual of mobilizers up into the real animator that push all village people running into urban life??/full convenient like city town..nice infraconstructors...no rural zone...the rural ecotourism left for tourist..only that...
nice specific new structure and pointing budget set into ploblems...be flow inside rural zone in high nice good governance...tranparently and high monitoring..with DIRECT to ploblem point in village and community under high morality leadership committeee??
