next week my division annual seminar be place at nongkai province and vientaine in loas...after 2008 budget year of thai goverment ...our division got high responsibility in hard core tasks from goverment...although we cannot win the reward of IPA prize from committee but we r pround that all of us had done best success annual target and we work not only for self BUT WE DO FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT also..!! Technical Supporting and Plan division r the best modeling of nice high risk management of monitor and evaluate team sub division....very cool public administration zone....great academic knowledge management zone of CDD sub division ...smart team of budget plan sub division and we ...small group of international relation sub division r really full supporting for all divisions and thai cdd provinces of CDD...we will change the world with nice high morality and best humanity right 's grassroot protect policy and real practice department of thailand...move for better change!!...that r our ultimate goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when civil centre is complete constructor...we move!!!for better chance and place ..really better hope of CDD goal also...pack all bagages and instruments and walk around for farewell nice holy spiritual around..new place is so cool ..nice space and area..cool technology..lthough low convenione and bad space of personal specefic field for IR TEAM..but we got great annual seminar for our division in VIENTAINE..high commitment..still.

Dr Ackaradej from chulalong korn university ...present about our village management policy on protect clean and green environment make community and villages run into streantening and sustainable...he will join with CD day in this september also...very interesting nice research showing how challenge to make people relize in morality of under law control to make thier villages clean from pollusion and bad chemistry...from junk ...from industrial ..or by no appropriate climate change...but HOW to make promotion or how to make model in subconcuoise in make decision to anti pollusion ,,poison,,,chemistry in thier villages???
in my passed of villages ,,,leader try to conduct me that...they cannot persuade all people in village to make thier canel or stree or atmosphere or area be clean...or also in village field full with chemistry of pesticide...some leaders told me that some farmers dead by sleep with no waking...mean that all accumulate of chemistry poison still leage inside thier blood by skin or by inspiring...all pushing to high level of poison up to untolerate...so they sleep and dead from high poison of chemistry...bio pest r taught by agriculyure officers also but farmers need rapidly high product..nice income and profit per year make them left security of nice hygiene life..behind.
wut can we do??
how mobilizer push up new idea about nice environ ment idea,,really we do always in field but we cannot prove by ourselves..our network organize must work together to more hard campainge in to whip under subconciouse in mind for love village environment by themselves..beware together not only poor hygience in bad chemistry management but the strong network of local admin ,private fund or all MOU from every network by CDD cooperate must support villages also...it is big activitie to beat up with manufacturing of high benefit and income profit industrial developt..they built big marketing of nice goods and left bad poison chemistry junk..some cannot reused...so how we solve this poison village??/
