next visit r senior advisor from JICA
my boss suraporn just back from bankaladesh,,kata city...he is presentative about poverty alleviat from cdd,interior ministry...next fighther from BIMSTEC r vising at delhe ,india..i donot not know whose the appropriat to be cdd presentative under decision of cdd director general ...mr preecha boodsri...but the really issues r all nations try to lower gap between rich and poor...we try ..expecially our depart...coommunity developtment department inside interior ministry...i think that my department have scope of job r very tough and complicated ..really some r flagance about interior political ideal and policy also..why not developt or approve up to rural developt ment into urban as specialize about MOBILIZATION empowering and specific in community and leadership idea???up to ministry level..maybe better to all negotiate about budget,,,fund...foundation..to support all projects by clear clean tranlucense and nice good governance idea on money management...and maybe new organization about public management be construct inside this new ministry also...high energy for rural developtment and budget manage...only my suspiciouse idea about why my country still slowly improve in rural area..???
i read about question s that JICA want to exchange idea about OTOP and how relation about OVOP to planing nice SMEs in africa...maybe many questions need to know about our research about how success in any way scope of our OTOP process promotion and marketing...i am surprise that why JICA not survey this by themself???or give fund or foundation to get research project by our interior ministry or some campus to search the real raw data to analyse by themself???why JICA not push big fund about innovation fund for our KBO ideal and constructors???
sometimes i went to many career groups of OTOP in fields or area by my many bosses policy in my CDD life..i still think that why my poor OTOP groups still knock down and close themseves into other careers because of high compettition in marketing and broke in copy right idea...wut happened in our intelectual protect right law???some..i donot know which nations do about this broken law about this...and some SMEs said with me that trying to innovate big boom stuff inside market very very quick with high quality..sold out so quick under high motivate hard promotion..they will alive from lower profit and benefit..run so fast ..enough for no one run up by broke copy right law...
i am tired with this idea...but it is the real in big commpettition in OTOP marketing some idea..how govertment of me and govt of this world help us about this...i still upset about questionnaires ...but hope that...we must get idea to help our small OTOP group about sustain and high quality idea...one day soon.....
