When Local employee can get more sharing from the business s owner ,and frankly give or pay wages as stakes ,so income from wages as this such investing,impossible that it will be make eradicate poverty from somewhere..and every payment from customers must be real direct to all labors by their own stakes with best sharing whole benefit and fair profit for village employ in factory or smart group every year..if the government force the business s owner to take this risk by giving co- owner stake for local initiative or make it into public company ,really???it will be better policy or not?This chance must be better than only little sharing by CSR with no force Tax to all SME enterprenuers and all company or public company,yes or no??
