ตอนนี้ชอบดูละครย้อนยุค คิดว่า ยุคพระเจ้ากรุงธนบัุุุุุุุุุรีนี่แหละ ตอนที่ชนะข้าศึกก็มียุทธวิธีเยอะเลย เพราะมันหิว ทุบหม้อข้าวตัวเองไปแล้ว เลยต้องสู้แบบไม่สามารถถอยได้ สมัยโบราณ การทำศึกก็มีสารพัดวิธี แต่เรื่องการข่าวก็ต้องมีวิธีจนได้ ไม่งั้นเขาจะมีไส้ศีกเหรอ ที่บ้านเมืองเรากรุงแตกมาหลายรอบก็ประมาณแบบนี้

สมัยใหม่นี่ก็แปลกมีเทคโนโลยีสารพัด จนกระทั้งรู้ไปหมด อะไรต้องร่วมกันรับรู้รับผิดชอบร่วมกันเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนรวมก็ห้ามเพิกเฉย แต่เรื่องส่วนต้ัวก็ไปว่ากันเอาเอง แก้ไขกันเอาเอง ดูแลตัวเองไป ท่านไม้บรรทัดทา่นบอกว่าคนเราเกิดมาไม่เท่ากัน ตรงที่รัฐต้องให้โอกาศคนที่เกิดมามีน้อย ใ้ห้มีทัดเทียมที่กับคนมีมาก ในระดับที่สากลเขารับได้ แต่จริงๆคงต้องให้ด้วยความชอบธรรมแบบที่ไม่ทำให้ส่วนรวมระดับชาติเสียหายด้วย ไม่ใช่ในระดับองค์กรได้ความภาคภูมิไประดับหนึ่ง แต่พอไปเทียบกับระดับสากล แล้วเขาบอกว่าที่ประเทศเขาไม่กล้าทำหรอก ยิ่งระดับองค์กรนั้น ยิ่งโดนหนัก การจะไปเสริมิแรงแบบแปลกๆจะไม่ม ีเช่นรางวัลไปเเมืองนอก ต้องหาสตังแบบแบบที่เหมือนชิงโชคถุงอาหารสำเร็จ รูป หวังกะพวกนายทุนจะสนับสนุนต้องได้ประโยชน์ ภาครัฐเลยใช้วิธีของตัวเองไป ก็แปลก สากลเขาไม่ทำ เพราะโทษหนัก กฏหมายเขาเอาจริง ไม่ใช่ว่าร่ำรวยผดิปกติกี่แสนดอลล่าร์ สู้คดีแบบทุ่มหมดหน้าตัก ทุกวิถีทาง แปลกดี คนบางประเภทรู้ว่าทำได้ก็ทำอีกเหมือนกับเหิมเกริมย่ามใจ เพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์กรมาก่อน นักกฏหมายเขาเรียกแบบนี้ ด้วยตำแหน่งหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ สามารถได้ประโยชน์ไม่ว่าจะด้วยประการใดๆ ก็เอาหมด ใคร มาขวางต้องกำจัดออกไปให้พ้นทาง ประเภทนี้คงมีไม่รู้มีจริง ไม่รู้สมมุติเอาว่ามี เพราะมีโทษเขาว่าไว้เหมือนกัน แต่กฏหมายเราเหมือนกับเปิดช่อง ฝ่ายตรวจสอบเหมือนถูกปิดปาก เพราะหากเอาประโยชน์ขององค์กรมาก่อนประโยชน์ของสาธารณะ มันต้องแลกแล้วว่าจะเอาองค์กรหรือจะเอาผลประโยชน์ของประชาชน ไม่งั้นก็จงไปเป็นประชาชนที่ไม่เต็มขั้น ไม่ต้องมาอยู่ในองค์กรอะไรแบบนี้ ไม่เหมือนตาบุชบอกพิธีกรรายการหนึ่งว่าเขาเป็นประชากรเต็มขั้นหลังพ้นตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีท่าทางภูมใจเชียว
เจ้าสัวใหญ่สอนลูกว่าอย่าวางเงินทิ้งไว้ให้คนอื่นดูแลบ่อยนักโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขป้องกัน มันก็ล่อใจ คนดีก็กลายเป็นคนไม่ดีได้สักวัน ดังนั้นบางองค์กร เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่มีโอกาสจับเงินสดเลย ถือได้แต่ตราสาร ตั๋วเงินอะไรแบบนี้ ไม่มีการล่อ ให้หลงทาง และหลงไปกับอำนาจบางอย่าง สามารถต่อรองประโยชน์บางอย่างได้ ซึ่งก็แปลก
คนสมัยโบราณไม่มีระบบการเงินทันสมัยแบบนี้เลยใช้วิธีอาศัยความน่าเชื่อถือจากภูมิหลังเผ่าพงส์ในการเลือกคน ซึ่งเดี๋ยวนี้หมายถึงการเลือกปฎิบัุติ ไม่ควรทำ
i donot know or recognize about strange thing on reinforcement in organize by reward personel that look for or take money from anyway or maybe coverage accumulate dealing budget policy or project by anyway ...everyway.....if success then reward by big trip abroad or benefit that tough to explain.like.manage by yourself ...something like this???.but really motivation for do best moral is nice or other way pushing for best for retain organize status with take LITTLE public damage back is right or not? i still surprize!!!many LITTLE.up to BIG damage..???right or wrong???

บางทีการที่เงินไปอยู่ในกระเป๋าหรือบัญชีของผู้ประอบการแล้วอาจจะต่อรองเอากลับมาเป็นประโยชน์ให้รัฐแบบถูกต้อง เช่น การบริจาค กองทุน หรือภาษี อะไรแบบนี้หรือเปล่า ไม่รู้นะสงสัยรัฐเอาคืนยากเลยกลายเป็นต้องหาเงินเองแปลกๆ มันเป็นวัฎจักรที่โลกที่เจริญแล้วเขาคุยข่มว่าบ้านเมืองเขาคนรวยต้องแบ่งปัน คนจนจะได้ไม่โกงไม่ฉ้อฉลไม่ก่ออาชญากรรมอะไรแบบนี้ ฝ่ายติดตามเขาพูดอยู่ว่าเงินจากการโกงมันเป็นของร้อน ต้องรีบใช้อะไรแบบนี้ ขนลุกเลย!!!

wut happened in my life?

sometime i think that the real of morality realized may be make next future good governance...but i knew after six months passed after time of looking inside high seed in community developtment policy that..really it is very easy to use budget that deal into field of people or projects into department or division or subdivision or personal account on the thought that this budget must pay all after deal from budget governance year..some officer s feel that why they must negotiate in tough condition and deal only for department happiness because of they got low income and high incentive and welfare but they got high responsibility to deal all budget for thier depart ..the policy is only way to deal with governance to ask for big budget..but also they still got low income ..they cannot pay for high quality life..easy to use budget that ask for personal quality of personal projects..as if the cost for vehicle ..residence inside and outside country ..personal food or restaurant in bound and out bound..some of project managers took cash budget in personal quality travel or residence in projects of other persons in team work also..and they never told the person in team that they will kept these budget by no pay ...because it is cash!!!! it not in account of person or constructors in projects by deal account...i donot know that why they still think that it is the right things to kept other money for depart or division or subdivision..for negotiate into personal colleages or manager or other person who get benefit together in cash...u cannot check by account or ask for right to get your own cost of vehicle or food or residence ..cause of it is cash that in manager pocket..after manager pay all whole cost ..they got some budget left and kept in secret account...the budget deal officer cannot deal big budget from goverment cause of they cannot show that all manager can control all bill in accounts of consumers that deal in projects ..it look like happen unfaitfulness in cash...so why we cannot control this..many fund and foundation or sponsor in this world need to see thier donate fund or money go into right objections ..it cannot accept about no honesty or corupsion by policy of department..suspiciouse on flow of cash money they check money status..show that sponsor cannot trust to donate money if this money flow into department or personal pocket but not direct in to the right way as SMEs or poverty people or infraconstructors...lol..so our country still be under low developt ..although our people learn in good level but no way of right qualify in cash into account budget..

this is the time of conflict between our asia region ..i get some ideal about why our region got ploblem in very rapidly in last year..it got big conflict in many country although about big diaster in our asia region also. the olypic time in beijing tomorrow and bush president of usa just pronounce the seriouse policy in my country this day..many big country in this world try to ask for other country in higher nice humanity right ..but in converse reason ..big country still look for or deal for thier people benefit in energy or economic..so how truth inside speech??? how sincerely inside big grin of smile??and how seriousely in outcome about ask for democrasy in asia???





my psychosis colleage just back to rehabit her bad depress and illusion symtoms in her mother 's land last week..it is the real thing that the geniouse and crasy r between the boder line of subconciouse in deepest mind...so one day the lost in conciouse coming up into very smart and cute lady ..make her back into bad conflict of life ..cannot control anymore ..realy it get many way to lower stress or conflict in life ..but if the weak background of family or strong self-regulation back into bottom...wut happened about my colleage now??? the very tough zshizophrenia disorder beat into her life again and again ...how our personel division or welfare support her in good position more than this ..i donot know...but the risk things about how aggressive and delusion symtoms in my six months passed with my smart colleage make me know that wut about responsibility about damage into public and personal of my look like mercy department done with me or other new colleages of this year by wrap up the past symtoms of this patient??? it is tough to accept that

how etter of her rehabit happened after she can work in high potential ..although she is sick..psychic disorder r hide inside her mind after six months passed...enjoy with all colleages and all participants or constructors ...no bad symtoms show on..except last couple weak s before..my pity colleage u r!!! i am regret that i have low caring about her unexpect or suspiciose behaviours ...i feel guilthy that why i cannot caring her more than this ...because of her disorder background can make her separate from social and other people..and for lower support from her family make her plug out again!!wut happen after her back ..i donot know...and i cannot know it is high risk in damage of work ..project ..or public or personal about her history in suisidance backgroud or not ??everybody in depart have thier own family and responsibility in thier jobs.they cannot caring patient in hard symtom of psychosis....this threatening must caring by specialist in psychitrist department unit by psychiatrist physicient or nurse in special hospital or some rehabit side like that.. or very very warmful family that i donot know she have or not??that 's all ..for my memorial sweet colleage..









my bad acute diarhear make me get low fever with toxic food..it is the lesson for me that greedy make me fall into yoilet all night..and i must safe myself..i live in so far away home...bad tranport for centre ...but my god save my life..i have mobile...communicate can take my friend and cousin to took me to hospital..after big dose of antiseptic with nice electrolyte ..push me back into nice hygiene again

hope that tomorrow ..i will back to my job..

i still try to look for new job in high income or sell my land out for lower my big quality life about debt or clear all..but not easy about this time...but still try..
