SA KAEO, 2 May 2015 (NNT) – The Ministry of Transport is expediting the infrastructure revamp in Sa Kaeo province to facilitate connectivity between the border province and Cambodia.

According to Transport Permanent Secretary Soithip Traisut, the infrastructure development project includes construction of a 10.5-kilometer bypass linking the border province to Cambodia, improvement of Route no.3397 to connect the highway with rural roads, enlargement of two-lane Sipen Road into a four-lane one and extension of Khlong Sib Kao – Khlong Luek – Aranyaprathet rail route to Poipet in Cambodia.

There are many small hotels and guesthouse in Banteay Meanchey and it is easy to find by tourists:
Rong Roeung Hotel:
Fan rooms 200 baht (US$7), a/c rooms 300 baht (US$10). Western bath, sat. (Satellite) TV, clean; and the owner speaks English.

Sourkear Hotel:
Fan US$ 5, a/c US$ 10. The rooms are very clean and have large and small beds as an additional Western bath.

No Name Hotel:
The name was being changed when we stayed there-to what, they did not know. It's a nice place. The manager speaks English and the staff is very friendly. Western bath, sat. TV, wrap-around terrace overlooking a small park. Fan room 200 baht (US$7), a/c room 250 baht (US$8,5).

Santapheap Hotel:
The name means peaceful and that?s it. Located on the outskirts of town towards Battambang, the hotel is very clean with Western bath, single bed fan rooms for US $ 5, two beds for US $ 7 and a room with a/c and sat. TV goes for US$ 10.The owner speaks English.

 Phnom Svay Hotel (and restaurant):
Nicely furnished clean rooms with a large bed, sat. TV and Western bath. Fan rooms are 200 baht (US$7), a/c rooms 300 baht (US$10). The restaurant is the place for Western food in Sisophan.

อันเนื่องด้วยวันนี้เป็นวันดีและมีการจัดสังสรรค์ปีใหม่กันในหน่วยงานก็มีโอกาศได้เจอนายเก่าๆ ดีใจเหมือนกันไม่เจอกันนานแล้ว นายใหม่ก็ได้ประกาศบนเวทีแล้วว่าอยู่กระทรวงเดียวกันและเห็นอกเห็นใจกันหมดแม้ไม่ได้อยู่กรมเดียวกันมาแต่แรกแต่อุดมการณ์ร่วมกันก็คงหนีไม่พ้นความรักความเมตตาห่วงใยรักใคร่ประชาชน เพราะกระทรวงของเรานั้นรวมมิตรงานเกี่ยวกับมวลชนสารพัดไม่ว่าดินน้ำลมไฟร้อยแปดพันประการ  เรียกว่าภาพพจน์ของกระทรวงเกี่ยวกับกิจการภายในประเทศแห่งนี้รวมร้อยสารพัดสารเพ ไม่ว่าเรื่องความมั่นคงความปลอดภัยภายในหรือชายแดน กระทั่งการบริหารเงิน การมุ่งสร้างประชาธิปไตย การสร้างพลังมวลชน กระทั่งต้องให้มวลอยู่รอดด้วยธุรกิจค้าขายของตนในท้องถิ่น ขณะนี้ยูเอ็นแม่งานคราวที่แล้วเขาพยายามส่งสันญาณแรงสูงเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการกระจายอำนาจลงสู่ส่วนท้องถิ่น ซึ่งเขาก็พยายามถึงที่สุดที่จะโน้มน้าวสารพัดกระทรวงให้เห็นดีเห็นงามรีบถ่ายทอดอำนาจรวมทั่งความรับผิดชอบลงสู่ชนบท ซึ่งฟังรายงานและผลสะท้อนของสารพัดทั้งหลายไม่ว่ากระทรวงหมอกระทรวงครูกระทรวงสงเคราะห์และมีโดนหนักๆก็คือกระทรวงมวลชนของพวกเรานี่แหละที่โดนลูกหลงอยู่ตลอดการสัมมนาถกเถียงทั้งหลาย  มีนักวิชาการนักต่อสู้สิทธิสารพัดขึ้นเวทีสะท้อนและส่งสิ่งท้าทายให้ภาครัฐและเอกชนรุดหน้า ซึ่งเรื่องยากก็คือการขับเคลื่อนต้องอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายการเมืองซึ่งประดานักวางแผนนักวางกลยุทธ์นักวางงบประมาณและนักลุยงานต่างประเทศรวมไปทั้งนักตรวจสอบนักประเมินตัวกลั่นเพื่อมวลชนคนรากหญ้าคนยากจนอย่างพวกเราๆนั้นเห็นหัวหมุนตามขั้วรัฐบาลที่เปลี่ยนไปมาจนแทบจะขับเคลื่อนอะไรไม่ครบรอบปีกันเสียทีเช่นการเปลี่ยนนายสามสี่เดือนครั้งอะไรอย่างนี้เป็นต้น   แต่ก็ผ่านพ้นมาได้ เก่งจริงๆเลยนะเนี่ย  ขอยกเครดิตให้ทุกคนในกรมเลย สมกับได้รางวัลสุดยอดPMQAของปีที่แล้ว ระดับประเทศ จนกระทั่งผู้คนทั้งในและต่างประเทศแห่แหนกันมาดูงาน จนต้อนรับกันไม่หวัดไม่ไหว โอ้แม่เจ้า

วันนี้มีความสุขได้กินก๋วยเตี๋ยวสุโขทัยที่นายเราเคยเป็นพอจอมาก่อน รสชาติไม่ต้องปรุงก็ได้นะเนี่ย อีกทั้งโอกาศเจอนายเก่าๆที่มาจากอยุธยา คงจะมาโปรโมทสหกรณ์อะไรอย่างนี้ด้วย เรื่องการจัดการเรื่องเงินผลประโยชน์ของพวกน้องน้อยน่ารักของนายๆของเรานั้นก็ไม่อยากไปว่าอะไรเขามากเพราะเขาก็พยายามอยู่ แต่ขอบอกว่าเรื่องบางอย่างมันเป็นอะไรที่นายต้องเกินมาชนเพื่อลูกน้องตัวน้อยเหมือนกันเพราะลูกน้องนั้นเกิดมาเป็นลูกน้องก็มีอำนาจบารมีที่สั่งสมมาไม่เหมือนกับนายอยู่แล้วเพราะนายต้องพูดจามีน้ำหนักมากกว่าเช่นนายคิดว่าสวัสดิการรายได้ของพวกลูกน้องตัวน้อยๆในกรมพลังมวลชนนี้ยังไม่ดีพอสู้กรมช่างกรมการดินน้ำลมไฟไม่ได้แต่ถ้านอกกรอบกันเสียน้อยกฏหมายทุกอย่างมีข้อยกเว้นเพื่อความเป็นธรรมที่ไม่ต้องการเอาเปรียบใครหรอก  เพราะคนทำงานเพื่อประชาชนก็ต้องการชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ไม่ใช่ว่าหนี้รัฐสวัสดิการดีแต่รายได้ต่ำ จนเอกชนนายทุนส่ายหัวดิก ไม่อยากปล่อยกู้ไม่อยากบริจาค จึงให้ไอ้พวกสารพัดบัตรที่ว่ามันในระบบที่มันขูดค่าปรับดอกเบี้ยแพงกว่าเจ้าหนี้นอกระบบบางเจ้าขูดมันเข้าไป เป็นวัฏจักรกงกรรมกงเกวียนที่ทำให้แฮมเบอร์เกอร์บูดในประเทศยักษ์มาแล้ว  วิทยากรบางท่านว่าประเทศที่มีชาวมุสลิมมากที่สุดในโลกเขาโดดเด่นจริงเรื่องกระจายอำนาจสู่ท้องถิ่นคืนเดียวพรวดส่งย้ายคนจากส่วนกลางเข้าท้องถิ่นเป็นล้านคน และประเทศเกาะน้อยในฝัน ก็เป็นประเทศที่ให้เงินเดือนภาคราชการสูงสุดในโลก  เหล่านี้อยู่ในโซนอาเซี่ยนASEANแหล่งการค้าเสรีของพี่น้องเนี่ยแหละ เพราะเขาเห็นประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนจริงๆโดยจัดการบุคคลากรภาครัฐให้มีความพร้อมก่อนจะลงสู่สนามมวลชน ไม่ใช่บางประเทศที่โดนองค์การชำนัญพิเศษของสหชาติรวมมิตรถากถางทุกเวทีในโลกว่าโคตรโกงคอรัปชั่น เอาแต่ประโยชน์ตัวเองพวกพ้ององค์กร  ประเทศพวกจุดจุดจุดที่ต้องโดนขึ้นบัญชีดำมีแต่แตกแยกมีแต่ก่อการร้ายมีแต่ยาเสพติดค้าอาวุธค้ามนุษย์กดขี่ข่มเหงผู้อพยพแรงงานต่างด้าวไร้มนุษยธรรมริดรอนสิทธิมนุษยชนไม่ว่าผู้ด้อยโอกาศสิทธิเด็กสตรีเยาวชนแถมยังโคตรประสพภัยพิบัติเพราะไม่เคยสนใจป้องกันให้ได้ระดับสากลยังมีหน้ามาร้องเย้วๆว่าให้ประเทศรวยๆลดภาวะโลกร้อน  เอามันเข้าไป โลกหนอโลก

เทคโนโลยีภาควิทย์ภาคช่างภาคหมอภาคนักวิชาการเราก็เลอเลิศ แต่ไปทำงานรับค่าตอบแทนสูงอยู่ต่างแดนก็มาก ที่สุดเซียนยังคงอยู่ก็รักษากันไว้ไม่ค่อยเป็น ชอบดิสเครดิตกันเข้าไปมัวหมองกันไปหมดแล้ว  ไม่รู้จะเอาการเมืองมาเล่นสาดน้ำโคลนอะไรนักหนาประชาชนคงเบื่อน่าดู ก็หวังจนไม่อยากจะหวังว่าปีใหม่ปีเสือน้อยน่ารักอย่างที่เราและกรมกำลังจะครบสี่รอบในปีนี้ ต้องมีอะไรดีขึ้นมั่งแหละ


Nice time of happy new year party day ,we got very kind and nice executive gathering for give best wishes to each other...we got musician big boss also ...good to have nice soft art feeling inside administrative management in community empowerment inside fund and good marketing for our grassroot in rural development missions or projects ...look like we can get all best local products that streangthening inside village funds or foundations by great powerful high creative leaders training by our CDD coachers!!!!!..last year we got honor of best management organization inside all thailand government units. and this tiger year with high fiercefully jungle spiritual leader and artish style inside CDD blood ...we still fight for lower poverty grassroot of thailand...again in this new year...see us in next missions!!!!!

ตลาดหุ้นไทยรอเงินทุนต่างชาติกลับมา ตลท. 5 ม.ค.- บรรยากาศการลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) ดัชนีตลาดหุ้นไทยยังแกว่งตัวผันผวนตามแรงซื้อสลับแรงเทขายทำกำไร โดยระหว่างวันดัชนีทะยานขึ้นสูงสุดที่ 740.86 จุด ลดลงต่ำสุด 730.80 จุด และปิดตลาด 732.11 จุด ลดลง 0.17 จุด หรือร้อยละ 0.02 มูลค่าซื้อขาย 18,692.49 ล้านบาท ส่วนตลาดเอ็มเอไอ ปิด 215.49 จุด เพิ่มขึ้น 0.52 จุด มูลค่าซื้อขาย 366.42 ล้านบาท สำหรับสัดส่วนการลงทุนต่างชาติซื้อสุทธิ 376.39 ล้านบาท สถาบันซื้อสุทธิ 95.81 ล้านบาท บัญชีบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ขายสุทธิ 390.73 ล้านบาท และรายย่อยขายสุทธิ 81.47 ล้านบาท น.ส.มยุรี โชวิกรานต์ ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ (บล.) กิมเอ็ง (ประเทศไทย) กล่าวว่า ดัชนีตลาดหุ้นไทยแกว่งตัวผันผวน โดยในช่วงเช้าได้ปรับขึ้น แต่ช่วงบ่ายปรับลดลงตามแรงเทขายทำกำไรหุ้นหลัก อาทิ บมจ.ปตท. จึงกดดันบรรยากาศการลงทุนโดยรวม และส่งผลให้มีการเทขายหุ้นกลุ่มธนาคารตามมา ซึ่งสวนทางตลาดหุ้นต่างประเทศที่ส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ส่วนแนว โน้มดัชนีวันที่ 6 มกราคมนี้ ดัชนียังแกว่งตัวผันผวน ซึ่งต้องติดตามว่านักลงทุนต่างชาติจะกลับเข้ามาลงทุนหรือไม่ ส่วนประเด็นการเมืองในประเทศคาดไม่มีผลมากนัก เพราะสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบันนักลงทุนยังพอรับได้ ส่วนใหญ่จึงระมัดระวังการลงทุน ประเมินแนวรับที่ 730 จุด และแนวต้าน 740 จุด ด้านกลยุทธ์ เมื่อดัชนีอ่อนตัวบริเวณแนวรับ แนะนำทยอยสะสมหุ้นกลุ่มธนาคาร เพราะจะมีการประกาศผลประกอบการในวันที่ 20-21 มกราคมนี้ ซึ่งคาดว่าจะออกมาดี.-สำนักข่าวไทยอัพเดตเมื่อ 2010-01-05 18:05:52

next week my division annual seminar be place at nongkai province and vientaine in loas...after 2008 budget year of thai goverment ...our division got high responsibility in hard core tasks from goverment...although we cannot win the reward of IPA prize from committee but we r pround that all of us had done best success annual target and we work not only for self BUT WE DO FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT also..!! Technical Supporting and Plan division r the best modeling of nice high risk management of monitor and evaluate team sub division....very cool public administration zone....great academic knowledge management zone of CDD sub division ...smart team of budget plan sub division and we ...small group of international relation sub division r really full supporting for all divisions and thai cdd provinces of CDD...we will change the world with nice high morality and best humanity right 's grassroot protect policy and real practice department of thailand...move for better change!!...that r our ultimate goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
