how about follow up??


long time ago..i had been in field of sale and hygiene ...a lot of stuff and document for follow and report for progress because it mean safe life of patient and keep big money for company...high detail about one man show in field ..make me got a lot of data...for sent and evaluate for new staff or for more safefully of staff..only customer that keep secret..no bill can keep the name list in private..but big consumers always keep in company name list..as record database..all significance must be show for research all for spread marketing..more money for company..or mor safth for patient..that mean the detail must record as database that the new staff can search for all information in follow symtom or customers...lol...
but in my new field..very strange thing that KM not the point of money or safethy for morality realize...no law for control career practice as som professional career?? because the old staff always kept all significance data in thier brain look like the copy right by personal??if they donot kept all skill data like this..they cannot show boss or other evaluate personel that they can do difference only by private connection...no one can do in this position..only they can!!!!

but many months passed i feel that central admin try to solve all ploblem very quick..but i still not knew that really budget about MOU in field spread for all multi professional team or not?/or after leader course in fields..our leaders can do village plan and fight for all budget ..by themselves or not??/our mobilizers in fiels still under dictators inside strange management in district or province or not?our independence opinion about mobilize..empowering...socialisation process or participate technic of coaching still work properly in high potential with no more loading about big report paper or online report or not??/i have no idea about this...but all nice policy and high activity of managers in our depart in every divisions make me feel that ALL POLICYAND RULE AND ORDERS trying for local and rural personel in field..i can garuntee that all high position and nice team of our depart try to keep the best rules and orders for help convenient of personel in local more better work in nice practice for our community people in rural zone of our country..devote for all rural zone..also time management r difference that why use time out of formal only for many paper reports???more than practice or interview from field or video or images in fields...it can show all result more clear than papers..stuff??right..??/

technology information can show all revolution of our depart...right??/i can tell that the REAL report form field must show by community video and image from fields in online website of every webpage of district or province or region...all show REAL LIFE AND WORK PERFORMANCE of our field personel//...SELF evaluate r so good that i knew that this is nice for self decision about dependence in self insight about policy run into real practice...cause our depart idealism r make better life for people..give more than take...that real sustain village in future..and show all fields of thailand...we r so pround..abut this team arousing idea..right???
