TECHNOLOGY AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE WITH HIGH SECURITY....HERE AND THERE...

i left from high technology country that try to use lobour very low..use technology for lower hiring labour...better for some jobs that they must use only skill...some technology can be place for worker or maid or sellor ...lol...police can catch speed only by nice viedeo or movement watching machine..some of cop from local or personel hiring...not officer ...officers only for investigate the tough cases...every labor on registed and got fair income with welfare...little to hide by un lawful cover...look like low criminal...difference from some countries...full of humanity refugee labour from somewhere...full of some annoying noise harmful gangter on street...maybe accused about narcotic drug addicted or distributors ...some said they can do business by street ...in day time with full of witnesses...i donot know it is real or not...only know that technology and good governance in many local regions or this world with low corruption style can prove anything...rural zone look calm down in many places ...if we try to solve peace together...maybe ...i can live peacefullness with alive and survive soon..
