Zakaria: In defense of German sluggishness

It is ironic that Greece - a tiny economy that is a mere 2.2% of the Eurozone and not even among the top 25 economies in the world - has produced so much turmoil. But there has always been a fundamental flaw in the design of the Eurozone. Europe created a single currency without adequate fiscal policy coordination. Very competitive economies like Germany were joined together with uncompetitive economies like Greece.

Nevertheless, I remain cautiously optimistic. This is because, despite what many critics say, Germany is playing its cards right. Many argue that Germany should come up with a dramatic solution to the debt problem. Chancellor Angela Merkel is not leading, critics charge. I disagree. Germany has a good reason for being sluggish. It is trying to force countries like Greece to enact meaningful reforms.

The German concern is that if they come up with some dramatic solution to the euro crisis, such as guaranteeing everybody’s debt, financial panic would end but countries like Greece and Portugal would feel no pressure to undertake necessary reforms. These countries would not get their budgets in order; they would let their fiscal houses continue to crumble; they would not become competitive.

All of Germany’s leverage would evaporate the moment it wrote the check to its neighbors. Indeed, a couple of weeks ago, Germany watched as the European Central Bank responded to a financial scare in Italy by intervening. The situation stabilized. Then the Italians immediately began watering down their commitments to enact economic reforms. This is Germany's nightmare. It's what they're working so hard to avoid. Understandably, Germany is trying to force as much real reform out of debtor countries as possible before writing checks or making guarantees.

Germany is doing this not just for sound economic reasons. There are also political motivations. Angela Merkel couldn’t do it any other way. The German taxpayers would revolt if she suddenly guaranteed the debts of countries like Greece. They would feel like they were falling into the same trap that caused the problem in the first place. For these reasons, you’re not going to see dramatic action from Germany.

What you’re going to see instead is some complex solution that places pressure on Greece and other countries to reform while at the same time reassuring markets that Germany will not let the euro fail. This is understandable and sensible, but it will not satisfy the markets, which want a simple, clean solution. For this reason, the Germans are flirting with disaster. What is likely to emerge is a complex, incremental solution. The markets will have to learn to accept it.

The part that I worry about is that even after all of this, Greece is probably not salvageable. It has too much debt and, fundamentally, it is not a competitive economy. It doesn’t make anything anyone wants. This is not true of Spain or Ireland. Spain and Ireland are quite dynamic economies that got hammered by the financial crisis. So the real question is whether there is some way to ring-fence Greece from the rest of Europe. Perhaps then there’s a scenario in which the Germans guarantee all remaining debt.

The truth is: Greece has defaulted before. There’s a book out that says that since it’s independence in the 1830s, Greece has been in default for 50% of its national existence. The difference is that now the Germans are willing to bail the Greeks out. That’s what’s new.

Resolving the debt crisis "is a path which calls for much effort, and along which we will have to advance step by step," Merkel said, the day after the end of a G20 summit in Cannes, France, which was dominated by the issue.

"The debt crisis will not be solved all in one go, (and) it is certain that it will take us a decade to get back to a better position," she added in comments posted on her website.

For that to happen, all eurozone nations would have to legally limit their debt levels, she stressed in the weekly web posting.

"Everyone in Europe must make an effort to achieve all that is required," Merkel said.

The G20 summit, bringing together the leaders of the world's most powerful economies, stumbled to a messy end in Cannes on Saturday with a list of promised measures to boost growth and reinforce the International Monetary Fund which was short on detail.

Italy's Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi was forced to accept IMF oversight of his budget-cutting programme, and Greek leader George Papandreou scraped through a confidence vote after swallowing EU bailout terms.

ใครๆในโลกเขาก็พยายามพัฒนาบ้านเมืองให้เป็นที่รักของนักท่องเที่ยวกันทั้ง นั้น มีอุปสรรคอันใดเขาก็ร่วมมือกันแก้ไขเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวทั้งภูมิภาค ไม่ใช่บางภูมิภาค พอประเทศไหนเจอวิกฤต รีบฉวยเอานักท่องเที่ยวนักธุรกิจนักลงทุน เข้าประเทศตัวเองจนหมดสิ้น จะให้ทำตัวเป็นนักพัฒนารุ่นเก่าที่ประนามประเทศเพื่อนบ้านไม่ได้อีกแล้ว ไม่ดีต่อการต่างประเทศ พวกบลูพรินตในฝันเขายิ่งอยากให้มีเขตเศรษฐกิจเก๊ๆขึ้นมาให้จงได้ ภายในเวลาปีนั้นปีนี้ อ้างว่าเพื่อประโยชน์ของประชาชนอะไรแบบนี้ไม่ใช่ประโยชน์ของนักธุกิจการ เมืองเสียหน่อย แต่ก็ มีแต่บางประเทศเนี่ย ผลัดกันใช้มือของฝ่ายตรงข้ามและผู้ใช้งบประมาณบ้านเมืองในสมัยนั้นๆทำลาย แหล่งเงินแหล่งทุนของนักการเมืองฝ่ายตรงข้ามกันอยู่นั่นแหละ ผลัดกันไปมาทุกปี แต่นักธุรกิจการเมืองของบางประเทศไม่เคยเข็ด เพราะเวลาได้กำไรปันผลต่อหุ้นไม่เคยต้องแบ่งให้กระทรวงการคลังมาพัฒนาบ้าน เมืองแบบเต็มๆ เพราะจ่ายเงินให้นักการเมืองที่ใช้ธุรกิจการเมืองหากินบนน้ำตาข้าราชการราย ได้ต่ำและพวกคนจนในประเทศ ได้เงินที่ปันผลในตลาดทุนหรือขายให้ใครtake over ได้กำไรดี้ดีไปได้ผ่านการแสวงหาโอกาศทางการเมืองเสร็จก็ไปเสวยสุขอยู่บน อวกาศได้แล้ว แผ่นดินบนโลกไม่มีให้อยู่ก็ช่างมัน ประเทศอะไรนะเนี่ย ชอบทะเลจัง แม้ไปอยู่จะตัวดำตัวอ้วนกินดีอยู่ดี แต่ก็ชอบ ตอนเด็กๆนะ ตอนนี้แก่แล้วกลัวผิวเหี่ยว

Pattaya is the best beach one in Thailand..that i always recommend..after crisis time..in Bangkok more than several weeks..i had been worked in Sriracha ,Chon buri...that near Pattaya...although i had been appreciated in the fantastic special area administration another one of Thailand for long time...but the difference between our special area is difference from special economic zone as if specific zone in china...the china policy y is crew inside under support about many businesses...difference from Pattaya or Bangkok...only couple special zones of us..so i losses my surprise about..why my foreigners business friend fly to re born their busines

คือว่าได้ยินเสียงนกร้องมากมายราวกับอยู่ในหนองน้ำร่วมกันกระนั้น ก็เลยคิดว่านกมันทำไรกันนะเนี่ย คร่ำครวญอยู่นั่นแล้ว พ่อเขาว่าดีเขากวักเงินทองโชคลาภพูดให้หายหนวกหูไปหน่อยนึง นกกวักเยอะ นกกระสาบินราวกับนอนอยู่ข้างสวนนก ว่อนไปหมด นกกางเขนดงเขาจะมาเป็นคู่ ร้องเพลงพร่ำรำพันอยู่กอกล้วยโน่น ส่วนนกเขาคูจุกกรูนั้นทำไมมาตัวเดียว สวยเชียว ขาวใส ส่วนตัวแย้คู่หายไปไหน เห็นแต่มังกรโคโดโมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ทำตัวเป้นเจ้าถนนอยู่นั่น รวมทั้งงูเห่างูจงอางด้วย วิ่งกันป่าราบทั้งงูทั้งคน อย่าได้เข้าบ้านมาอีกเชียว กลัวด้วย ไล่กัน กว่าจะออกจากบ้านได้ ไม่ต้องไปทำงานทำการ ผีเสื้อแมงปอหอยทากหิ่งห้อยเต่าทองมากมาย เพื่อวัฏจักรความอยู่รอด ของชีวิต ตอนนี้ไม่อยากทำร้ายหญ้า ด้วยสารเคมี กลัวฝูงสัตว์ตายหมด แต่รำคาญแผ่นป้ายมหานิยมของเศรษฐีบ้านจัดสรร ชอบมาตอกติด ตอนตีสามตีสี่ บังทางออกจากบ้าน เกือบเหยียบคนหลายรอบแล้ว มองไม่เห็น รวมทั้งรถใหญ่มหาประลัยในซอยเขาก็จะเข้าออกยากด้วย สงสัยต้องแช่งผู้ถือหุ้นในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ให้ชาติหน้าเกิดเป็นนก จะได้บินเก่ง ไม่ต้องหากินในตลาดหุ้นอีก สบายดี บินปร๋อ ผ่านคู่แข่งตลอด

Remarks :	Although I live in the city, our urban home has 50-60 species that visit it. This is due to a nearby graveyard (one house away), our green home & the house next door (overgrown) all of which allows the birds to have a "sanctuary". "Unfortunately" I have a new neighbour in the house next door that was previously overgrown, and many birds are displaced - all vegetation has been removed. The Blue Winged Pitta is gone and so are some others. The White-breasted Waterhen has decided to move to our home (rather than be a daily visitor). Here it is on our gate. - Amar

นกกวัก Amaurornis phoenicurus ( White-breasted Waterhen) เป็นนกที่มีลักษณะเด่นเฉพาะ เมื่อได้พบเพียงครั้งเดียวก็จำได้ และไม่มีทางสับสนกับนกชนิดอื่น นกชนิดนี้มีบริเวณตั้งแต่หลังหน้าผาก ไล่ไปจนถึงหลัง ปีก และหางเป็นสีดำออกเทา อมแดงนิดๆ หน้าผาก หน้า คอ อก ท้อง เป็นสีขาวสะอาด ขนคลุมโคนหางเป็นสีน้ำตาลแกมแดง ตาสีแดง โคนปากมีสีแดงสด ปากตรงสีเหลืองอมเขียว ขาและเท้าสีเหลืองอมเขียว นิ้วยาวมาก มีความยาวจากปลายปากจรดปลายหางประมาณ 28.5-36 เซนติเมตร ทั้ง 2 เพศคล้ายคลึงกัน

พื้นที่ ที่สามารถพบนกกวักได้คือตามบริเวณท้องนา หนองบึง ทุ่งหญ้า กกธูปฤษีข้างทางที่มีน้ำขัง แม่น้ำลำคลองที่มีกอหญ้า หรือที่ให้หลบซ่อนตัวได้ คนที่ขับรถไปตามเส้นทางที่มีลักษณะที่ว่าก็สามารถจะพบนกกวักเดินขึ้นมาจาก ข้างทางเพื่อข้ามถนนบ้าง เดินหากินบ้าง ซึ่งนกก็จะวิ่งหลบไปทันที นกชนิดนี้บินไม่ค่อยเก่ง จึงมักใช้วิธีวิ่งหนีไปซ่อนตัวในดงพืชรกๆ

อาหาร ของนกชนิดนี้คือลูกกุ้ง ลูกปลา ลูกกบ เขียด หนอน แมลง ตัวอ่อนของแมลง ไส้เดือน และสัตว์ไม่มีกระดูกสันหลังที่อาศัยตามพื้นที่ชื้นแฉะ นกจะเดินหากินไป กระดกหางไปเรื่อยๆ ซึ่งเป็นลักษณะที่เหมือนนกอัญชันอื่นๆที่อยู่ในวงศ์เดียวกัน หากไม่ตื่นกลัว นกจะเดินหากินไปเรื่อยๆ อย่างนกกวักตัวนี้ที่เดินหากินอยู่ในพุทธมณฑล เดินไป เดินมาหากินอย่างไม่หยุดหย่อน จนคนถ่ายภาพที่นั่งแอบถ่ายภาพอยู่บนรถนั่งดูจนเบื่อไปเอง

ช่วง ฤดูฝน แหล่งน้ำที่นกอาศัยมีน้ำท่าอาหารอุดมสมบูรณ์ นกก็จะจับคู่เพื่อทำรังวางไข่ ซึ่งนกชนิดนี้สามารถทำรังวางไข่ได้มากกว่าปีละ 1 ครั้ง หากว่ามีภาวะที่เหมาะสม นั่นคือแหล่งที่อาศัยมีความอุดมสมบูรณ์สูงนั่นเอง ในการจับคู่ ตัวผู้จะส่งเสียง กวัก กวัก กวัก กวักเรียกตัวเมียเข้ามาหา เมื่อจับคู่ผสมพันธุ์แล้วนกก็จะทำรังโดยการคาบเอากิ่งไม้ ใบพืช ใบหญ้ามาขัดสานลวกๆตามกอพืช กอผักตบชวา บนแหล่งน้ำ หรือทำรังบนพุ่มไม้ริมฝั่งน้ำ เช่นรังนกกวักรังนี้ที่อยู่บนพุ่มไม้เตี้ยๆราว 1 เมตรเท่านั้น แต่ก็มีการดึงกิ่งไม้มาปกปิดรังเอาไว้อย่างมิดชิด นกจะวางไข่ราวรังละ 3-5 ฟอง

นก กวักเมื่อออกจากรังจะมีขนอุยสีดำสนิท ขายาวและแข็งแรงมากเมื่อเทียบกับตัว เมื่อขนแห้งดีแล้วก็ออกเดินได้เลย แม่นกก็จะพาลูกนกออกเดินหาอาหาร ท่าทางที่ลูกเดินตามแม่บ้าง เคียงแม่บ้าง ก้มลงจิกกินอาหารข้างๆแม่บ้าง เป็นภาพที่น่ารักมากจนถึงขนาดนั่งดูเพลินทีเดียว

นก ชนิดนี้เป็นนกประจำถิ่นของประเทศไทยซึ่งหาพบได้มาก และมีกระจายอยู่ทุกภาคตามแหล่งน้ำดังที่กล่าวไว้ จากที่ราบถึงที่ความสูงระดับ 1500 เมตรจากระดับน้ำทะเล และเป็นนกประจำถิ่นของอนุทวีปอินเดีย นกบางส่วนที่พบตามคาบสมุทรมลายูเป็นนกที่อพยพลงมาจากจีนในช่วงฤดูหนาว

Nokia takes on Google with free navigation app

Nokia is making its navigation service free to all GPS-enabled Nokia devices in a move that will help the company better compete in the smartphone market against the likes of Apple and Google.
Starting Thursday, Nokia users will be able to download for free the client that enables GPS phones to get Ovi Maps and Navigation, as well as, various city guides on their phones. Nokia has been offering the maps and navigation service for more than two years. After its acquisition of Navteq announced in 2007, it enhanced the service by adding turn-by-turn pedestrian navigation. And it added premium content from partners, such as Lonely Planet.
Previously, customers could only access the basic maps for free. Turn-by-turn navigation and city guides had cost extra.
But that all changes Thursday when Nokia begins offering these services for free. Initially, the free service will be available for 10 of Nokia's phones, including the Nokia N97 mini, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia E72. Eventually, the software client will be available for all Nokia GPS-enabled phones. And starting in March, the company will begin shipping new GPS Nokia phones with the software and maps for the service pre-installed.

Vadim Backman, the study’s senior author, says nanoscale changes in both cancer cells and normal cells far away from the tumor site “are general phenomena in carcinogenesis and occur early in the process.”

NORTHWESTERN—New research suggests it may be possible to detect early signs of cancer by looking for nanoscale changes in normal cells—even cells located some distance from a tumor.
A Northwestern University-led study of human colon, pancreatic, and lung cells is the first to report that cancer cells and their noncancerous cell neighbors, although quite different under the microscope, share very similar structural abnormalities on the nanoscale level.
The findings, obtained using an optical technique that can detect features as small as 20 nanometers, validate the “field effect,” a biological phenomenon in which cells located some distance from a malignant or premalignant tumor undergo molecular and other kinds of abnormal changes.
The nanoscale alterations were observed in cells far away from the tumor and, importantly, could be identified by assessing more easily accessible tissue, such as the cheek for lung cancer detection.

ที่ผ่านมา ในหลายประเทศทั่วโลกต่างตื่นตัวจากมหันตภัยจากเสาส่งสัญญาณมือถือ มีการร้องเรียนและประท้วงในรูปแบบต่างๆ อาทิ การทำลายเสาส่งสัญญาณมือถือ ๙๐๐ เสาในไต้หวัน เมื่อปี ๒๐๐๕ และเกิดจลาจลถึงขั้นเผาเสาส่งสัญญาณมือถือในอิสราเอล เมื่อปี ๒๐๐๖ เป็นต้น ขณะที่ประเทศไทยเพิ่งเริ่มมีการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบในเรื่องนี้ และในหลายพื้นที่ของประเทศ ผู้บริโภคเริ่มตื่นตัวและตระหนักถึงภัยจากเสาสัญญาณมือถือที่ตั้งอยู่ข้าง บ้าน โดยตั้งแต่ปีที่ผ่านมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน สถาบันคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในกิจการโทรคมนาคม (สบท.) ได้รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากผู้บริโภคกรณีเสาส่งสัญญาณมือถือในหลายพื้นที่ ล่าสุดคือ กรณีของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนหาดวอน ต.แสนสุข อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการก่อสร้างเพื่อติดตั้งเสาสัญญาณมือถือของบริษัทผู้ให้ บริการโทรคมนาคมถึง ๒ บริษัท อาทิ ฝุ่น ควัน เสียงดังรบกวน รวมทั้งมีความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยต่อสุขภาพอันเนื่องมาจากคลื่น แม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าที่มาจากเสาสัญญาณมือถือดังกล่าว
          แม้ว่าตามประกาศคณะกรรมการกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ เรื่องหลักเกณฑ์และมาตรการกำกับดูแลความปลอดภัยต่อสุขภาพของมนุษย์จากการใช้ เครื่องวิทยุคมนาคม ข้อ ๑๒.๕ จะระบุว่า เพื่อประโยชน์ในการคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยของประชาชน ผู้ประกอบการมีหน้าที่ต้องทำความเข้าใจกับประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณที่จะ ติดตั้งและบริเวณใกล้เคียง เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในความปลอดภัยและป้องกันความวิตกกังวลของประชาชนที่ อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ โดยเฉพาะในกรณีบริเวณที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานที่ที่มีความเสี่ยงจากการได้รับ คลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า เช่น สถานพยาบาล โรงเรียน สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็ก ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการอาจร้องขอให้มีการแสดงหลักฐานการทำความเข้าใจกับประชาชนในพื้นที่ ในกรณีที่จำเป็น   แต่ที่ผ่านมากลับพบว่า การติดตั้งเสาสัญญาณมือถือได้กระทำขึ้นโดยขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน

ข้อมูลจากการศึกษา “ผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า” ของ ดร.สุเมธ วงศ์พานิชเลิศ กรรมสถาบันคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในกิจการโทรคมนาคม พบว่า ผลการวิจัยชิ้นหนึ่งในต่างประเทศระบุว่า กลุ่มประชากรที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณใกล้กับเสาสัญญาณมือถือภายในระยะ ๔๐๐ เมตร เป็นเวลา ๕ ปีขึ้นไป มีความเสี่ยงเป็นมะเร็งสูงขึ้น ๓ เท่าตัว ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยอีกชิ้นหนึ่งที่พบความเสี่ยงการเป็นมะเร็งเพิ่มขึ้น ๔ เท่าตัว ในกลุ่มผู้อาศัยใกล้เสาสัญญาณมือถือ ระหว่าง ๓ ถึง ๗ ปี และบางงานวิจัยพบผู้อาศัยใกล้เสาสัญญาณมือถือมีอาการต่างๆ เช่น ปวดหัว นอนไม่หลับ ความจำเสื่อม สายตาพร่ามัว หรืออารมณ์ฉุนเฉียว ซึมเศร้า และคลื่นไส้วิงเวียน เป็นต้น โดย ดร.สุเมธ มองว่าปัญหาของเสาส่งสัญญาณมือถือนั้นคล้ายกับปัญหาของคนที่ไม่สูบบุหรี่แต่ อยู่ใกล้คนสูบบุหรี่ หรือ Second-hand Smoker ทำให้ได้รับผลกระทบจากบุหรี่ เช่นเดียวกับคนที่อยู่ใกล้เสาสัญญาณ แม้ไม่ได้ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือแต่ต้องได้รับคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าจากเสาส่งสัญญาณ มือถือตลอด ๒๔ ชั่วโม

อันเนื่องด้วยวันนี้เป็นวันดีและมีการจัดสังสรรค์ปีใหม่กันในหน่วยงานก็มีโอกาศได้เจอนายเก่าๆ ดีใจเหมือนกันไม่เจอกันนานแล้ว นายใหม่ก็ได้ประกาศบนเวทีแล้วว่าอยู่กระทรวงเดียวกันและเห็นอกเห็นใจกันหมดแม้ไม่ได้อยู่กรมเดียวกันมาแต่แรกแต่อุดมการณ์ร่วมกันก็คงหนีไม่พ้นความรักความเมตตาห่วงใยรักใคร่ประชาชน เพราะกระทรวงของเรานั้นรวมมิตรงานเกี่ยวกับมวลชนสารพัดไม่ว่าดินน้ำลมไฟร้อยแปดพันประการ เรียกว่าภาพพจน์ของกระทรวงเกี่ยวกับกิจการภายในประเทศแห่งนี้รวมร้อยสารพัดสารเพ ไม่ว่าเรื่องความมั่นคงความปลอดภัยภายในหรือชายแดน กระทั่งการบริหารเงิน การมุ่งสร้างประชาธิปไตย การสร้างพลังมวลชน กระทั่งต้องให้มวลอยู่รอดด้วยธุรกิจค้าขายของตนในท้องถิ่น ขณะนี้ยูเอ็นแม่งานคราวที่แล้วเขาพยายามส่งสันญาณแรงสูงเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการกระจายอำนาจลงสู่ส่วนท้องถิ่น ซึ่งเขาก็พยายามถึงที่สุดที่จะโน้มน้าวสารพัดกระทรวงให้เห็นดีเห็นงามรีบถ่ายทอดอำนาจรวมทั่งความรับผิดชอบลงสู่ชนบท ซึ่งฟังรายงานและผลสะท้อนของสารพัดทั้งหลายไม่ว่ากระทรวงหมอกระทรวงครูกระทรวงสงเคราะห์และมีโดนหนักๆก็คือกระทรวงมวลชนของพวกเรานี่แหละที่โดนลูกหลงอยู่ตลอดการสัมมนาถกเถียงทั้งหลาย มีนักวิชาการนักต่อสู้สิทธิสารพัดขึ้นเวทีสะท้อนและส่งสิ่งท้าทายให้ภาครัฐและเอกชนรุดหน้า ซึ่งเรื่องยากก็คือการขับเคลื่อนต้องอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายการเมืองซึ่งประดานักวางแผนนักวางกลยุทธ์นักวางงบประมาณและนักลุยงานต่างประเทศรวมไปทั้งนักตรวจสอบนักประเมินตัวกลั่นเพื่อมวลชนคนรากหญ้าคนยากจนอย่างพวกเราๆนั้นเห็นหัวหมุนตามขั้วรัฐบาลที่เปลี่ยนไปมาจนแทบจะขับเคลื่อนอะไรไม่ครบรอบปีกันเสียทีเช่นการเปลี่ยนนายสามสี่เดือนครั้งอะไรอย่างนี้เป็นต้น แต่ก็ผ่านพ้นมาได้ เก่งจริงๆเลยนะเนี่ย ขอยกเครดิตให้ทุกคนในกรมเลย สมกับได้รางวัลสุดยอดPMQAของปีที่แล้ว ระดับประเทศ จนกระทั่งผู้คนทั้งในและต่างประเทศแห่แหนกันมาดูงาน จนต้อนรับกันไม่หวัดไม่ไหว โอ้แม่เจ้า

วันนี้มีความสุขได้กินก๋วยเตี๋ยวสุโขทัยที่นายเราเคยเป็นพอจอมาก่อน รสชาติไม่ต้องปรุงก็ได้นะเนี่ย อีกทั้งโอกาศเจอนายเก่าๆที่มาจากอยุธยา คงจะมาโปรโมทสหกรณ์อะไรอย่างนี้ด้วย เรื่องการจัดการเรื่องเงินผลประโยชน์ของพวกน้องน้อยน่ารักของนายๆของเรานั้นก็ไม่อยากไปว่าอะไรเขามากเพราะเขาก็พยายามอยู่ แต่ขอบอกว่าเรื่องบางอย่างมันเป็นอะไรที่นายต้องเกินมาชนเพื่อลูกน้องตัวน้อยเหมือนกันเพราะลูกน้องนั้นเกิดมาเป็นลูกน้องก็มีอำนาจบารมีที่สั่งสมมาไม่เหมือนกับนายอยู่แล้วเพราะนายต้องพูดจามีน้ำหนักมากกว่าเช่นนายคิดว่าสวัสดิการรายได้ของพวกลูกน้องตัวน้อยๆในกรมพลังมวลชนนี้ยังไม่ดีพอสู้กรมช่างกรมการดินน้ำลมไฟไม่ได้แต่ถ้านอกกรอบกันเสียน้อยกฏหมายทุกอย่างมีข้อยกเว้นเพื่อความเป็นธรรมที่ไม่ต้องการเอาเปรียบใครหรอก เพราะคนทำงานเพื่อประชาชนก็ต้องการชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ไม่ใช่ว่าหนี้รัฐสวัสดิการดีแต่รายได้ต่ำ จนเอกชนนายทุนส่ายหัวดิก ไม่อยากปล่อยกู้ไม่อยากบริจาค จึงให้ไอ้พวกสารพัดบัตรที่ว่ามันในระบบที่มันขูดค่าปรับดอกเบี้ยแพงกว่าเจ้าหนี้นอกระบบบางเจ้าขูดมันเข้าไป เป็นวัฏจักรกงกรรมกงเกวียนที่ทำให้แฮมเบอร์เกอร์บูดในประเทศยักษ์มาแล้ว วิทยากรบางท่านว่าประเทศที่มีชาวมุสลิมมากที่สุดในโลกเขาโดดเด่นจริงเรื่องกระจายอำนาจสู่ท้องถิ่นคืนเดียวพรวดส่งย้ายคนจากส่วนกลางเข้าท้องถิ่นเป็นล้านคน และประเทศเกาะน้อยในฝัน ก็เป็นประเทศที่ให้เงินเดือนภาคราชการสูงสุดในโลก เหล่านี้อยู่ในโซนอาเซี่ยนASEANแหล่งการค้าเสรีของพี่น้องเนี่ยแหละ เพราะเขาเห็นประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนจริงๆโดยจัดการบุคคลากรภาครัฐให้มีความพร้อมก่อนจะลงสู่สนามมวลชน ไม่ใช่บางประเทศที่โดนองค์การชำนัญพิเศษของสหชาติรวมมิตรถากถางทุกเวทีในโลกว่าโคตรโกงคอรัปชั่น เอาแต่ประโยชน์ตัวเองพวกพ้ององค์กร ประเทศพวกจุดจุดจุดที่ต้องโดนขึ้นบัญชีดำมีแต่แตกแยกมีแต่ก่อการร้ายมีแต่ยาเสพติดค้าอาวุธค้ามนุษย์กดขี่ข่มเหงผู้อพยพแรงงานต่างด้าวไร้มนุษยธรรมริดรอนสิทธิมนุษยชนไม่ว่าผู้ด้อยโอกาศสิทธิเด็กสตรีเยาวชนแถมยังโคตรประสพภัยพิบัติเพราะไม่เคยสนใจป้องกันให้ได้ระดับสากลยังมีหน้ามาร้องเย้วๆว่าให้ประเทศรวยๆลดภาวะโลกร้อน เอามันเข้าไป โลกหนอโลก

เทคโนโลยีภาควิทย์ภาคช่างภาคหมอภาคนักวิชาการเราก็เลอเลิศ แต่ไปทำงานรับค่าตอบแทนสูงอยู่ต่างแดนก็มาก ที่สุดเซียนยังคงอยู่ก็รักษากันไว้ไม่ค่อยเป็น ชอบดิสเครดิตกันเข้าไปมัวหมองกันไปหมดแล้ว ไม่รู้จะเอาการเมืองมาเล่นสาดน้ำโคลนอะไรนักหนาประชาชนคงเบื่อน่าดู ก็หวังจนไม่อยากจะหวังว่าปีใหม่ปีเสือน้อยน่ารักอย่างที่เราและกรมกำลังจะครบสี่รอบในปีนี้ ต้องมีอะไรดีขึ้นมั่งแหละ

Nice time of happy new year party day ,we got very kind and nice executive gathering for give best wishes to each other...we got musician big boss also ...good to have nice soft art feeling inside administrative management in community empowerment inside fund and good marketing for our grassroot in rural development missions or projects ...look like we can get all best local products that streangthening inside village funds or foundations by great powerful high creative leaders training by our CDD coachers!!!!!..last year we got honor of best management organization inside all thailand government units. and this tiger year with high fiercefully jungle spiritual leader and artish style inside CDD blood ...we still fight for lower poverty grassroot of thailand...again in this new year...see us in next missions!!!!!

ตลาดหุ้นไทยรอเงินทุนต่างชาติกลับมา ตลท. 5 ม.ค.- บรรยากาศการลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) ดัชนีตลาดหุ้นไทยยังแกว่งตัวผันผวนตามแรงซื้อสลับแรงเทขายทำกำไร โดยระหว่างวันดัชนีทะยานขึ้นสูงสุดที่ 740.86 จุด ลดลงต่ำสุด 730.80 จุด และปิดตลาด 732.11 จุด ลดลง 0.17 จุด หรือร้อยละ 0.02 มูลค่าซื้อขาย 18,692.49 ล้านบาท ส่วนตลาดเอ็มเอไอ ปิด 215.49 จุด เพิ่มขึ้น 0.52 จุด มูลค่าซื้อขาย 366.42 ล้านบาท สำหรับสัดส่วนการลงทุนต่างชาติซื้อสุทธิ 376.39 ล้านบาท สถาบันซื้อสุทธิ 95.81 ล้านบาท บัญชีบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ขายสุทธิ 390.73 ล้านบาท และรายย่อยขายสุทธิ 81.47 ล้านบาท
น.ส.มยุรี โชวิกรานต์ ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ (บล.) กิมเอ็ง (ประเทศไทย) กล่าวว่า ดัชนีตลาดหุ้นไทยแกว่งตัวผันผวน โดยในช่วงเช้าได้ปรับขึ้น แต่ช่วงบ่ายปรับลดลงตามแรงเทขายทำกำไรหุ้นหลัก อาทิ บมจ.ปตท. จึงกดดันบรรยากาศการลงทุนโดยรวม และส่งผลให้มีการเทขายหุ้นกลุ่มธนาคารตามมา ซึ่งสวนทางตลาดหุ้นต่างประเทศที่ส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น
ส่วนแนว โน้มดัชนีวันที่ 6 มกราคมนี้ ดัชนียังแกว่งตัวผันผวน ซึ่งต้องติดตามว่านักลงทุนต่างชาติจะกลับเข้ามาลงทุนหรือไม่ ส่วนประเด็นการเมืองในประเทศคาดไม่มีผลมากนัก เพราะสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบันนักลงทุนยังพอรับได้ ส่วนใหญ่จึงระมัดระวังการลงทุน ประเมินแนวรับที่ 730 จุด และแนวต้าน 740 จุด ด้านกลยุทธ์ เมื่อดัชนีอ่อนตัวบริเวณแนวรับ แนะนำทยอยสะสมหุ้นกลุ่มธนาคาร เพราะจะมีการประกาศผลประกอบการในวันที่ 20-21 มกราคมนี้ ซึ่งคาดว่าจะออกมาดี.-สำนักข่าวไทยอัพเดตเมื่อ 2010-01-05 18:05:52

(CNN) -- President Obama embarked Thursday on his first presidential visit to Asia, an eight-day journey that will take him to five cities in four countries.

Throughout the trip to Japan, Singapore, China and South Korea, Obama will emphasize the importance of Asian nations as vital U.S. partners on major issues such as economic growth, nuclear nonproliferation, the war in Afghanistan and climate change, three officials said in a briefing this week.

The presidential itinerary includes formal talks with Asian leaders as a group and individually, a bilateral meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, and the first participation by a U.S. president in a summit of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations economic alliance.

The itinerary also reflects Obama's personal ties to Asia, where he spent part of his childhood. He will have a bilateral meeting with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia, where Obama lived from 1967 to 1971.

As the first U.S. president with "an Asia-Pacific orientation," Obama "understands that the future of our prosperity and our security is very much tied to this part of the world," said Ben Rhodes, deputy national security adviser for strategic communications.
